Account Registration

2.4 KYC Verification

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. 3.4 Currency

Payments made in foreign currencies by international cardholders will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment network, and fb 777 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and promotional credits ("Bonus Funds") offered by fb 777 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is published. In cases of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence over these general Terms for that particular promotion. Where no specific terms are stated, these general bonus conditions apply.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 4.5 Bonus Abuse

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the fb 777 platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and any guidelines or policies published on the platform. You must not use the platform in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, damage to the platform or impairment of its availability or accessibility.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb 777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership of Platform Content

6.2 Limited Licence to Users

Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your fb 777 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Upon receiving your request, fb 777 will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been met and no investigations are pending on your account. 8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. fb 777 will notify you at your registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts. This fee will continue to be deducted until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for a further twelve (12) months may be permanently closed.
8.5 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which fb 777 operates.
